Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Narwolf website, iOS app, API and MCP server (the "Service"). Narwolf ("Narwolf", "we", "us") is operated by an individual (sole proprietor) in Colorado, USA. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Beta
Narwolf is an invitation-only beta. It is provided as is, features may change or be removed, and data loss is possible. Please keep your own copies of your content. There are no fees during the beta.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity using personal access tokens you create for the API or MCP server. Treat tokens like passwords and revoke any that may have leaked.
Your content
You own your content: your songs, lyrics, chords, charts, notes, set lists and recordings. You give us a limited license to host, store, process and display it only as needed to operate the Service for you, including showing it through a share link you create.
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or import, including lyrics and charts of songs written by others. Copyrighted songs are for your personal use. Do not share or distribute material you have no right to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to access other people's accounts or data;
- disrupt, overload or probe the Service, or bypass its limits or security;
- upload malware or harmful content;
- use the Service, the API or the MCP server to build a competing service or to scrape data that is not yours.
Sharing
A set list share link is viewable by anyone who has it. You are responsible for who you give it to. You can revoke it at any time.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app or under Settings. We may suspend or end access, including ending the beta, if you break these terms or for operational reasons. When an account is deleted, its content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that your content will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Narwolf and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero during the beta) and US $50. Some places do not allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
